Scan the QR code on your order page with your phone. Each plan shows when its validity starts.
Installing
Scan the QR code on your order page, or enter the activation code by hand. On iPhone with iOS 17.4 or later and on Android 10 or later, you may also be able to install with one tap.
When validity starts
It depends on the plan: on first connection at your destination, or as soon as you install it. The plan details say which.
Install deadline
Each plan shows how many days you have to install it.
With your home SIM
You can keep your home SIM in the phone. Choose the eSIM for mobile data while you travel. To avoid roaming charges from your home carrier, turn off data roaming on your home SIM and choose the eSIM as your mobile data line.
Top-ups
Some plans can be topped up. This is shown on each plan.
